The Best Exotic Marigold HotelThe movie was semi funny and cute. Actually what is a word for cute that doesn't sound so immature - maybe I will say it was lovely? If you watch the movie or just check it out on IMDB, you would get it. The gist of the movie - elderly people who just kind of feel lost who see an opportunity to retire in India but the hotel isn't quite what they expected. Pretty cool concept to move to a different country that is completely different from everything familiar - takes guts to leave everything and everyone you know behind.
The cast - Maggie Smith (she really does have the best timing), Judi Dench, Tom Wilkinson, Bill Nighy, Penelope Wilton (I wonder if she and Maggie Smith jumped on to the plane together after filming Downton Abbey), Norman Cousins and Dev Patel - is awesome.
